Most of our work isn’t dramatic. It’s the tap that won’t stop dripping, the cistern that keeps running, the toilet that rocks, the mixer that’s worn out. Small jobs, but they’re the ones that cost you water and patience if they’re left.
Any of these? Send a photo and we’ll tell you what it is and what it’ll cost.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day.

The same four steps whether it’s a washer or a hot water system. Find the cause, fix it properly, leave the place as we found it.
Call or send a photo. A dripping tap, a running cistern or a wobbly toilet can usually be priced on the spot.
Tell us the brand of the tap or toilet if you know it. Most common parts are on the ute, so it’s one visit, not two.
A new washer won’t help if the seat is worn, and a new flush valve won’t help if the cistern is cracked. We repair the cause.
Cupboards repacked, dust sheets up, nothing left for you to sort out.
A lot of maintenance plumbing is a small part on a sound fixture. Some of it is a fixture that’s done its time. We’ll tell you which, and what each costs.
A dripping tap: washers, cartridges, seats and spindles.
A running toilet: flush valve, inlet valve or float.
A rocking toilet: the pan seal and fixings.
A mixer that sticks: the cartridge.
Taps and mixers where the body is corroded or the parts are no longer made.
A cistern that’s cracked, or a toilet past the point of sensible repair.
Flexible hoses past their service life, before they burst.
Fixtures you’re replacing anyway as part of a renovation.
Either way you get a price first, and phone quotes are free.
Taps, mixers and spouts. Toilets, cisterns and flush valves. Kitchen and bathroom fixtures, including work under and behind cabinetry. Washing machine and dishwasher connections. Water pressure and supply problems. Sewer and stormwater drainage, including pipe relining.
If it’s plumbing and it’s in a home or a building on the North Shore, it’s on the list. If you’re not sure, tell us what you can see, hear or smell and we’ll tell you what’s likely going on.
Drain cameras, high-pressure jetters and leak detection gear on the ute. The right tools mean fewer return visits, even on the small jobs.
Dripping, running, rocking, low pressure, or something that needs moving.
Tap, mixer, toilet, cistern, washing machine tap. A brand name helps us bring the right part.
A drip that’s been there a year is a different job to one that started yesterday.
The fixture and the problem. It tells us most of what we need.
Phone quotes are free. You know the price before any work starts.
Shoes off at the door. Photos before we empty a cupboard, so everything goes back exactly where it was.
If a repair isn’t worth doing, we’ll say so. If something else is about to fail, we’ll tell you, not quietly add it to the bill.
Drain cameras, high-pressure jetters, leak detection gear. The right tools mean fewer return visits.
Straight answers from Peter. Still not sure? Call and ask.
Yes. Small jobs are most of what we do. A dripping tap or a running toilet gets the same plumber and the same standard as a hot water replacement.
Usually. Tell us the brand of the tap or toilet if you can, and we’ll bring the right parts. If a part has to be ordered, we’ll tell you before we come.
Sometimes a valve or a regulator, sometimes old galvanised pipe closing up from the inside, sometimes a hidden leak. A quick look tells us which.
Yes. Kitchen and bathroom fixtures, including work under and behind cabinetry, and washing machine and dishwasher connections.
Most jobs can be quoted over the phone or from a photo, and phone quotes are free, so you know the price before any work starts.
Dripping, seized or stiff taps and mixers, fixed in one visit.
Running cisterns, rocking pans and water around the base.
Slow drains and gurgles are a blockage starting. We clear it and show you why.

Peter answers, or calls you straight back if he’s under a house. He’ll ask a few questions, give you a price, and tell you honestly when he can get there.
